Your Pricing Questions, Answered
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Free continues automatically. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Advanced tools close and your public page displays the 20 newest eligible reviews across supported sources. Your history stays saved, review collection continues and your rating is unchanged. One trial per account and organization.
How does Store product-review automation work?
Choose an available platform in Connections, approve access in your store, set a delay after purchase and turn product-review emails on. Platform availability is listed on the Store card: WooCommerce is released separately from the Wix beta and Shopify approval process. No code or manually configured webhooks are needed. WhatsApp or SMS delivery is not included.
How do plan changes and cancellation work?
Cancel automatic renewal from your billing dashboard. Already-paid access continues until its expiry; after that, Free displays 20 newest eligible reviews and your history stays saved. Paid plan changes require approval in PayPal. The new price starts at the next billing cycle, and the new features open after payment is confirmed. No automatic prorated or one-time change fee is added.
What can I do with the Free plan?
A permanent home for your business reputation. Continuous review collection; no monthly review quota. Your review history stays saved in your dashboard. Your overall rating includes all eligible reviews.
Are the paid packages available now?
Growth is available now. Growth is $9, Store is $25 per month are the listed plan prices. PayPal renews a paid subscription monthly until you cancel. You can cancel automatic renewal in your billing dashboard and retain paid features until the paid period ends.
Does a paid plan automatically import Google, Facebook or Yelp reviews?
Supported source connections are available on Free. Display limits combine eligible reviews from supported sources; provider permissions and availability still apply. Upgrading cannot bypass a provider’s access requirements or unlock unsupported imports.
Will an upgrade hide negative reviews or improve my rating?
No. Plans without full-history display show the 20 newest eligible reviews in date order, not the 20 highest ratings. Plans with full-history display show all eligible reviews. Every plan's overall rating includes all eligible reviews. Upgrading does not remove negative feedback or change the rating calculation.
