Business accounts

Create or manage a profile only if you are authorized to represent the business. Provide accurate business details, keep account access and automation keys private, and revoke keys that are no longer needed. Email confirmation establishes access to an email address; it does not independently verify business ownership.

Reviews and replies

Describe a real experience in your own words, whether positive or negative. Do not impersonate someone, review your own business, publish spam, threats, harassment or private information about another person, or submit repeated reviews for the same business. Businesses should reply respectfully and avoid revealing customer information.

You remain responsible for content you submit. By submitting content for publication, you allow the service to store and display it in the relevant profile, review page, widget and share card, and to process it for moderation and support. Do not submit material you have no right to use.

Invitations and automation

Invite customers consistently instead of selecting only satisfied customers. Do not condition a reward or benefit on a positive rating. Only provide customer information you are authorized to use for this purpose.

Creating an invitation or calling the automation endpoint generates a link; it does not send an email or message. Your own delivery service is responsible for sending it. The recipient must confirm the matching email. An invitation does not independently prove a purchase or verify every statement in a review.

Store connections and product reviews

Store integrations have their own availability status. Active connections have completed the published release checks; beta connections are still being evaluated and may change. Provider approval and a compatible store are required. A beta label does not grant access that a provider has not approved. Review each platform’s status before choosing a plan.

The business must be authorized to connect the store and to use its customer information for purchase-related review invitations. Unlike the separate link-generation API, enabled Store automation sends a product-review request email after the configured delay. New connections start paused. Check the timing, product information and applicable customer permissions before enabling requests; honor privacy requests and unsubscribe choices.

Integration permissions, your store’s configuration and provider availability affect the service. Rate My Biz does not change product prices, take payments or fulfill orders. All ratings are welcome, and payment does not influence the customer’s rating or review. See the store data notice for data handling.

Reports and public ratings

A business can report a review for assessment. Reporting a review does not automatically hide it and does not guarantee removal. Content may be restricted following a policy or legal assessment. Paying for a plan does not remove negative reviews or raise the public rating, and exceeding a plan allowance does not by itself hide an otherwise eligible public review.

Reviews express their authors’ experiences. A confirmation label, rating or business page is not a guarantee of accuracy, quality or suitability. Read how review labels and ratings work.

Monthly subscriptions, cancellation and billing support

The Free plan does not require a payment card. Paid plans, when checkout is available, cost USD $9 for Growth and $25 for Business per month. The optional 14-day tool trial requires no credit card and creates no automatic subscription or charge. When it ends, Free continues with the 20 newest eligible reviews in public display and collection continues. PayPal shows the amount and recurring schedule before you approve payment. There is no setup fee or paid trial. Displayed comparisons alone do not create a subscription or charge.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel automatic renewal in the Plan section of your account or in PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid features remain available through the confirmed paid period, unless a payment is reversed or access is restricted for a documented policy reason. Cancelling renewal does not itself issue a refund. For an incorrect charge or a refund request, contact contact@rate-my.biz with your transaction reference. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Listed prices are the total charged by this service. Israeli VAT is included for Israeli businesses; qualifying foreign businesses are invoiced without Israeli VAT based on their billing information and declaration. Keep these details accurate. PayPal or your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges. Invoice receipts are issued through Morning to the payer email provided by PayPal.

Included features are described on the pricing page. External review imports and some account-management features are not yet available. Keep copies of important business content. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome.

Questions and ending use

You can stop using the service and sign out at any time. Signing out does not erase saved records. Contact the operator for account closure or content concerns; see the privacy notice for personal-information requests.
