Accessibility information

We are working to make business pages, review forms and the dashboard usable with a keyboard, on small screens and with assistive technology.

Operator: Tzumi Marketing. Updated .

Target and current status

The design target is Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, with WCAG 2.2 AA used as an additional engineering reference. This is a statement of the target, not a certification that every page and workflow conforms. A complete accessibility audit and assistive-technology validation have not yet been completed for this pilot.

Features included in the interface

  • Headings, page landmarks and labeled form controls.
  • Visible keyboard-focus styles and standard links, buttons and form controls.
  • Text descriptions for errors and status changes, with focus moved to relevant errors or newly opened workflows.
  • Responsive layouts and support for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Text links alongside QR codes, so scanning a code is not required.

You can use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space to activate the appropriate control, and browser zoom to enlarge content. The dashboard navigation can be closed with Escape.

Known limitations and work still required

Full screen-reader testing, complete mobile and zoom coverage, and a formal review of every workflow remain pending. Downloaded review images and QR artwork are visual formats; use the corresponding review page or text link for the information and destination. External maps, email applications and any future payment-provider pages have their own interfaces and may behave differently.

No claim is made that an accessibility overlay, automated check or this statement alone establishes conformance.

Report a barrier or request an alternative

For accessibility assistance or a barrier report, email contact@rate-my.biz. Include the relevant page link and a brief description. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

If possible, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, your browser and assistive technology, and the format or assistance you need. You do not need to provide medical information. The operator must confirm a responsible contact and a practical response process before public launch.

For official guidance, see the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities’ web-accessibility guide and the W3C WCAG 2.2 recommendation.
